After what I've learned during this last semester from Sam Nielson, I decided to start re-visiting some of my concept pieces. This one is starting to look much better.
I'm not sure that I know what you mean . . . The background on the design sheet is simply something that I picked out strictly for the designs so as to showcase them. It's not related to the film. The film's style will actually be a pseudo cell-shaded style so as to describe the forms in the simplest way possible.
The only question I have for you is if the texture/coloration will fit well with the background and the over-all look and feel.
